Google officially released its latest Android system, Android 11 back in September. Since then, many manufacturers have adopted this system for their smartphones. A recent report shows that Motorola will release the Android 11 update to over 20 smartphones. According to the report, the Motorola Razr, Edge, One, G, and other series will get this update.

However, it is important to note that the specific launch date for this update is not available for now. The company only officially confirmed that these smartphones will get the Android 11 update. It did not say when the update will arrive. Obviously, all the models in the list will not get the update at the same time. Looking at recent practices, the most recent (probably flagship) models will get the update first.

List of phones that will upgrade Android 11:

  • Motorola Razr 5G
  • Motorola Razr 2019
  • Motorola-Edge
  • Motorola Edge+
  • Motorola One 5G
  • Motorola-One action
  • Motorola One fusion
  • Motorola One fusion+
  • Motorola-One hyper
  • Motorola One vision
  • Moto G 5G
  • Moto-G 5G Plus
  • Moto G Fast
  • Moto G Power
  • Moto-G Pro
  • Moto G Stylus
  • Moto G9
  • Moto-G9 Play
  • Moto G9 Plus
  • Moto G9 Power
  • Moto-G8
  • Moto G8 Power
  • Lenovo K12 Note

It is interesting that the Moto Razr 5G foldable phone is on the list. This smartphone comes with a classic clamshell appearance and the display is a 6.2-inch OLED screen. It also has a secondary display that measures 2.7-inch. The phone uses a 48-megapixel camera and supports OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). Even though this device is a foldable phone, it uses a mid-range chip. Motorola used Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC on this device and it has a pretty small 2800 mAh battery. In terms of pricing, this device costs 12499 yuan ($1,911). Although coming a bit late, we guess Motorola users will be happy with this report. With this schedule out now, we expect the update to start rolling out in the coming months.
